                <description><![CDATA[In order to keep scope reasonable I am not creating characters in any specific system but instead making character that have universal information that can in theory be applied to most games. I am also limiting my character creation timeline to an hour because arbitrary constraints means I am less likely to obsess over it not being perfect.
